I understand the purpose of the Ohio Craft Brewers Political Action Committee and have been informed that contributions are strictly voluntary. I have also been informed of my right to refuse to contribute without reprisal, and my contribution has not been made under actual or threatened physical force, job discrimination, financial reprisals or as any condition of employment. I am an American citizen or have been admitted to permanent US residence, and this contribution is made in my name. I understand that contributions to the Ohio Craft Brewers Political Action Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions.
